We are based in the province of Quebec in Saguenay Lac Saint Jean region.

Our working week is Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. - There is no post collection from 2pm Friday until Monday 2pm.

You are responsible to provide us your correct and accurate shipping address Street name and street number  including Unit no: or Apartment number Postal code and/or any other necessary information to get your order delivered. We reserve the right to recharge shipping cost and a flat fee for handling of 5.00$ if the envelope is sent back to us by Post Canada.

Postage costs for Canada start from just $1.75 (certificats half letter) for regular mail, 

We process orders on working days which are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed on  Monday/Tuesday of the following week.

For Canada delivery is estimated by Post Canada  to be  4-8 working days once the item has been processed. (Excluding any unforeseen delays). 

For USA the delivery time is estimated at 6-14 working days to some places it may take up to 28 Days.

Custom items can take up to 14 days to make and process prior to shipping as we make all custom goods in house. Most items are sent within a few days but just in case of any unforeseen hiccups we would prefer you to allow a little time.
