Q: I have not received my order what should I do?
A: If the delay mentioned in our shipping confirmation email has expired please contact us as fast as you can.
Q: My shipping address has a error.
A: Please contact us in less than 24h so we can correct the shipping address.
Q: Where is my tracking number?
A: We do not provide any tracking number except on special orders.We do send your order with Post Canada regular mail.
Q: I have misspelled a name on a personalized order.
A: Please contact us in the next 24h so we can fix this.
Q: When will my order get shipped?
A: Your order will be processed as fast as possible usually in the next 48 hours keep in mind we do not process any orders over the weekend.
Q: What happens when my shipping address is wrong or something is missing eg. unit No: app-No ?
A: The postal service will send the order back to us. We will contact you for the correct address and we will charge you shipping cost depending your original order.
Q: Why do you charge shipping cost again when I already have paid for in my original order?
A: We do this because we have to process your order like it would have been a new order so postage is required and also envelopes and sometimes reprinting of the documents are necessary
